  3.     Rental Manager was develop for the purpose of keeping tracking of
  4. rental income and expenses, using the Quattro Pro Spreadsheet program.
  5. Because the needs were simple, a checkbook model was followed.  If one
  6. wanted to, Rental Manager could, in fact, be used as an electronic
  7. checkbook.

  9.     It is fairly easy to use, as it is a menu operated system.  This
  10. automated worksheet can be run on any MS-DOS oriented computer, using
  11. any version of Quattro Pro.  Any questions, or requests can be directed
